I’m Fiona Savage, a Collaborative Change Facilitator, development and training consultant, based in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Here you’ll find my thinking about facilitation, training and personal development. You’ll also find that I struggle with being able to write about it – I am dyslexic.
One of the advantages of dyslexia is the ability to see connections and relationships, particularly big-picture relationships. Often I’m able to see different solution to a problem, and this has led to phenomenal results. For one of my clients, a global leader in pharmaceuticals, I developed an educational club for GPs initially in Edinburgh, which was then rolled out to 30 centres across the UK, and has since become an international network for clinicians, scientists and academics. As a direct result my client has strengthened relationships, engaged stakeholders and seen an increase in revenue and market share.
Just one example, of how thinking differently helps when straightforward solutions aren’t going to do it. How can I help you? Get in touch to find out.
